Comic Strip Application

Hey there. We are looking for a respectable comic application. I know that G4 has suggested a few but because it was late night and I was half asleep, I have no idea what sites/applications they were. Because of this, I am asking for you help in determining a good comic creator. Let me know if you guys know of any goods ones that you may have used or have some sort of experience in.
